1、 Heat dissipation mode of radiator

Among many LED lamps, LED lamps with heat dissipation mode of radiator are more stable. It dissipates heat by means of heat conduction. The design of radiator is directly linked to the power of LED lamps. The greater the power, the greater the heat, so the radiator also needs to be made larger.

However, according to the car design, the installation space of many models is not as rich as expected, and even some models are a little "space scarce". When the LED lamp is installed as "exterior" lamp, the installation space depends on the effective position of the lamp assembly in the engine compartment, while the "interior" lamp depends on the internal space of the dust cover.

Because the radiator part of the LED lamp radiator is large, it is difficult to "Install" in the models with dust cover. If the radiator is made small, the power will decrease, and the brightness can only decrease. If the advantage of brightness is lost in order to plug the radiator into the dust cover, the light upgrade is nonsense.

2、 Heat dissipation mode of braided belt

The earlier heat dissipation method of braided belt is that the braided belt is opened on both sides and two braided belts on both sides. It develops to open braided belts on all sides, and later there are braided belts with multiple sides.

In principle, the LED lamp with braided belt not only solves the installation problem, but also solves the heat dissipation problem. However, it has high professional requirements for the installer. The installer must be aware that the installation space of the lamp cannot be too narrow, and the better heat dissipation state can be achieved only after the braided belt is partially unfolded. If it is not unfolded, the heat dissipation effect can not be achieved.

3、 Cooling mode of fan

While everyone pursues stability, if there is a problem with the fan of the lamp, the huge heat will not be dissipated effectively. The LED chip will burn out. At that time when the fan technology is not mature, many LED lamps with fan heat dissipation are excluded.
